Jodie Parker

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Jodie started her professional career as a KS2 teacher, working in South Staffordshire, in her first school starting as Newly Qualified Teacher and leaving as successful Head Teacher.  She has successfully led Primary and First Schools as Headteacher and is passionate about building community capacity and sustainable school improvement.   She has worked as Deputy CEO within the Trust since 2016 and has an excellent understanding of faith school leadership. As well as providing strategic direction, Jodie is also the Accounting Officer for the Trust, responsible for the use of public funds and the delivery of education.

She uses her understanding of the nuances of the two and three tier systems to support the development of the Trust. Jodie is proud to work in South Staffordshire where she has developed her passion for education and her commitment to supporting all children to achieve their potential.

She believes the role of the Trust’s schools cannot be to merely educate young people, rather more to create a generation of young people who are socially and environmentally responsible, equipped with the knowledge and skills to make a difference to their communities and their future. Get in touch with Jodie to discuss Education, Multi Academy Trusts or the three tier system.

Tyrone Field

Chair

As the Chair of the Board of Trustees for CMAT, I contribute to the strategic direction and growth of our Trust. I am committed to working closely with the school’s leadership team, staff, and wider community to ensure that our pupils receive the highest quality of education and support.

My professional background lies within the field of IT, where I have gained extensive experience over the years. I have had the privilege of running my own successful data analytics company and currently hold the position of European CIO for a multinational organisation, overseeing the strategic delivery of technology across the UK and Europe. This wealth of experience in the corporate world has equipped me with valuable skills and insights that I am eager to apply to my role. In addition to my professional endeavours, I have also had the pleasure of being a local school governor in the past, which has provided me with a deeper understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that schools face. As a family man, I am particularly invested in delivering the best opportunities for the Codsall community.

My own children have been taught within the Trust. In my role as Chair of the Board, I am responsible for leading the strategic direction of the Trust, overseeing the Board of Trustees, and holding the Trust’s leadership team to account. I am committed to give back to the community and am privileged to play my part in shaping the future of education for the young people of Codsall. I am excited to collaborate with the dedicated staff, enthusiastic pupils, and engaged parents within CMAT to ensure that our schools continue to thrive and provide an exceptional educational experience for all.

Dominic Napier

Director

Having grown up in Codsall and attended the local schools, Dom is a passionate advocate of the 3-tier education system and the tangible benefits it brings to students in their academic and personal development. Dom’s governance journey began as a governor at Codsall Middle School back in 2017, progressing to Chair of Governors before ascending to CMAT board, where he currently holds the position of vice-chair, where he supports & challenges the strategic & fiscal direction of the Trust ensuring that all decisions, both at board level and school level are prioritising a “student first” mindset. Dom is committed that ALL students who attend CMAT schools have the very best opportunity to realise their full potential, both in academic achievement and personal development. Within his role as vice-chair, Dom meets with all head teachers at the beginning, middle and end of each year to review, set and develop the educational objectives and outcomes for all students, primarily driven by our ‘whole school journey student data’. With mental health affecting a disproportionate number of citizens within all communities, it has become essential to prioritise it to ensure that students are ready to maximise every learning opportunity presented to them, in and outside the classroom.

Dom’s background is law and marketing, having studied at Oxford Brookes University, before carving a career in the world of business, including Coca-Cola & 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment. More recently, Dom has created a number of successful businesses that all operate within the Net Zero / Sustainability sector to ensure that todays students have a planet worth living in. Dom is also invited to deliver keynote speeches on sustainability and regularly speaks within the UK, North America and globally.
