Increasingly the models for effective working will involve the growth of MATs, CMAT Trustees acknowledge that over the course of time new schools may seek to join our well established structure.   As such Trustees have put in place a formal Induction Procedure for new schools and new Trustees that may join CMAT.

As a growing multi-academy trust, CMAT  is always seeking to recruit talented professionals who share our moral purpose. We are particularly interested in establishing networks and recruiting the very best teachers and aspiring leaders.  All employees will be employed by CMAT and as such will be subject to a 6 month induction and probationary period and may be deployed across the MAT schools as is deemed relevant to their skills and experience.
